Richard,

I'm almost embarrassed to admit it, but I've got all the people you just mentioned people-marked :-) Before the market opens, I check to see if any of a list of about 10 people had anything interesting to say. After that, I quickly scan the subject lists and look for news.

Some people are really good at analysis. Others happen to be good at noticing small and lonely issues that no one else is paying attention to.

When I first started investing, I went out and got a bunch of books which I plowed through. Having done that, I got some nice - and fairly expensive - TA software. Then I started trading. And in short order, I lost a fair bit of money. Eventually, I lost enough that all I had left was a big - for me anyway - chunk of LGNDW and I decided to just let it sit and to stop trading.

In the meantime I read and started making lists of interesting stocks that a few of you mentioned. Then I pulled down everything I could get in terms of reports from Schwab and read up on a bunch of them. When I started trading again, I actually made money :-)

Anyway, thanks to all of you guys who're providing the useful information. I truly appreciate it and I'm glad you're all so easy to find. Once you know where to start looking :-)

Thanks, Torben
