Les, Ah, the govt. and their security classifications. I remember well a situation when I was ready to leave Civil Service. I had a Top Secret code word clearance, but the govt. was going through a downgrading process. Since I had given notice that I was leaving the service, they downgraded me to Secret. It didn't seem like a big deal. But I was scheduled to give a speech about war contingencies at an Air Force base near London. Unfortunately, the speech I had written and the supporting material were classified Top Secret code word and I was no longer qualified to give the speech. The poor guy who got stuck with it couldn't decipher my notes and the whole thing was a fiasco. I went to the betting window and put $2 on the Russkies to win. <g>
