I have experienced the sellout of the Broker's weekend seminar myself. Tried to sign up for it in the fall and it was sold out very quickly. I am surprised the people on this thread who I assume are investing thousands of dollars would not look at this seminar as a great opportunity to expand their investment knowledge and horizons. The price is pretty inexpensive , its being accomplished in one day so you can fly in the night before and go home that night. Sounds like a winning combination to me. Once again, I am really looking forward to it and hope to personally meet you.
