Speaking of successful gorilla 'switching' and 'tornado management' I cannot think of a better company than Cisco. I believe I read that they are now in close to 16 different markets and the leader in most of them. Of course that is GREAT MANAGEMENT supported by the immense power their original 'gorilla-hood' brought them. They continued to enter, and conquer, new tornados by purchasing companies they thought had the leading edge technology and then putting the strength of the Cisco organization behind it.
