Amy, and they keep cropping up too...just got a call at home today (how'd they get my home #?) from a headhunter (are headhunter calls on a Saturday a new thing?) wanting me to interview for a vp mktg position at a router co. (I declined to pursue). What's that old saying, 'when you're hot, you're hot.' About your comment on Cisco. Wasn't you-know-which-company (whose name I won't mention and whose products were reported to be well-engineered) suppose to be the Cisco killer back in '96 (or so). It takes more than a well-engineered product to beat Cisco (the whole company, not just on one product). Yes, I know who you mean. the thread was sort of like earnings day, today. Would someone please turn on the lights? : ) You mean it was dead today? All the action's on AMD. I guess these threads are like some things in life where most of the excitement is in the journey. When you get there, it can be almost ho-hum. AMDroids are on the journey, I guess. Hey, I'm tryin'. Tony
