Dear Gerald: that is as much bullshit as requiring Spanish in the Dade County school systems (ie on the same level as english). All these so-called Social types have this BS going on meanwhile Johnny cant add without a calculator anymore nor write a decent paragraph to explain what the hell is happening. When my wife became a US citizen can you believe no one spoke ENGLISH in the US office she went to in Miami AND while she took the exam in Spanish I went to the cafeteria in that same building and had to point to what I wanted as no one spoke English there either. All this crap has resulted in the city of Miami filing bankruptcy in the recent past and people putting their children in private schools costing a fortune to try and get them educated. JDN
