Flick, Thanks for taking the time to provide the archived news about the IM/Softbank alliance. I must have skipped over SEC filing and am glad Eric brought up the subject. The agreement is another clear indication of why IM is the world's leader and intends to stay in that position.

The 1.5 million shares being registered are only a portion of the $50 million Softbank investment. Do you know if this completes the deal, if this is the first exchange, or if the original deal was modified to a reduced amount?

As for what impact this might have on IM's share price, well, I doubt it will have much if any. The increase in shares outstanding does have a very slight dilutive impact, but not enough to move the needle.

Regards - Dale

The acquisition is interesting news. Given IM's major outsourcing agreement with CompUSA, it appears there will be new opportunities created as a result.
