Bondholders think SMC will not gain profit by remodeling 112 store. I agree.
I have visited many stores in the northeast and even down in North Carolina area. The store are mostly different sizes and layouts. The traffic is typical except a few areas where the income per capita is much higher. Such as Burlington, Ma. where most of the population are engineers from Raytheon and Microwave associates.
Visiting Natick store, I have noticed that the display of furniture were random. Furniture display should be room oriented. Gift items should help furniture displays. That will give customers a pleasant experience and revisit many times if gift displays change each week.
