It has yet to be proven that any form of e-commerce B2C can be profitable. Amazon is widely known but has major problems with its business model.

I agree with the financial allies almost all of which is Klenier Perkins. The issue I see is that Kleiner Perkins has made a lot of money on Amazon already and at some point, may be willing to let it go. Amazon is only now a vehicle for Kleiner Perkins to get exposure and funding for their new ventures. Just some thoughts.
