interactive yellow page service QuillPages.com. QuillPages provides
eLEC's telecommunications and Internet business customers with a
highly affordable way of advertising and promoting their businesses on
the Internet through a powerful distribution network that links
QuillPage's customers' businesses to over 80% of the Internet. In
addition, eLEC is finding an unexpected interest in QuillPages as a
B2B tool linking manufacturers and wholesalers with their retail
distribution networks.

design fee and a minimal recurring charge of $24.95 per month, we can
provide our customers with an affordable yet powerful tool to promote
