Harvey, your post has me concerned. The goverment hasn't proven itself to be able to manage the slightest tasks and now it has set out to "break up" the biggest company on Earth"

I think not. At least I hope not. For you and me and all those who read this thread, I hope not. You can take my MSFT shares and give them to your favorite charity. But PLEASE don't let the government mess with MSFT!

It's not about MSFT shares or Windows -- nor Netscape, Sun, etc. -- it's about an "Orwellian 1984" sense of ownership. About how Atlas Shrugged and much more. The sooner we all deal with these concepts, the sooner the "government" will get out of the way of innovation.

On that day, those who spend their lives contributing will breath easier.
