Clinton will indeed have an unfavorable legacy in some respects, no denying that. He undoubtedly will be long remembered, concerning his perpetual, irresponsible behavior. But what does any of that have to do with the roaring markets during his Presidency. Absolutely nothing. So as far as your comment: <<Can you cite the specific Clinton policy initiative which spurred the stock markets for the past eight years?>> Not necessary to attempt to justify the stock market movements by referring to any one specific instance!
