For people like me who have been in this stock for such a long time(6 years)it definitely sounds like the same old story. However, the folks on this thread aren't the ones who will push this stock higher, since we already own our shares.

The market seems to like the story judging from the stock price and I welcome any increase. I do believe that a couple of statements were made that might make this refocusing seem a little different.
1) He commented that they will not be going into deficit spending to fund this refocusing, "they are not a start up".( I read this as no red ink)

2) Their new generation product is better suited for G3 base stations than any of their competitors, and it's here today. (whether it's better suited than in-house designs is the million dollar question, which I don't know).

3) They have identified very specific verticals. (not we are the best so we should get the lion share of contracts)

My only big concern here is the timing of the conference call, comming just before the financials are reported. This company has a history of explaining itself prior to unfavourable financial announcements. If they report reasonable financials, I believe that the market will embrace their new efforts with higher valuations.
