Several comments. I am very familiar with this because I am a physician and my brother is a major web site creative designer (with experience in this area).

My thoughts. To begin with most physicians know zero about the stock market. A surprisingly large number physicians make foolish investments. Most physicians are not at all sophisticated about the market.

If I was browsing a web site as you propose I think it would be of most value to tell people how to make good investments. I prefer (strongly) investments outside of the medical area. Why don't you consider something like the "merits of tech investing" then put a column showing the one year returns of QCOM and JDSU say against American Home Products and Pfizer. The case will be made and lead in to the story. This will quickly catch people's attention.
