Does anyone remember what happened right before the recession in the early 80's....I seem to remember that small caps went straight up....is that happening right now? finance.yahoo.com^RUT&d=my any thoughts? I have been waiting for a long time for small caps to go up...maybe we have finally started to see that come about, but under these circumstances- it is too late....Rich
