Steve, let me ask you a direct question: In your view, are there any groups of investors who should not trade options? If your answer is in the affirmative, will you please identify those groups?

Let me, if I may, paint a scenario. Let's take an individual with a very high net worth, with diverse investments beyond the scope of the stock market, who has taken long positions in solid yet aggressive growth stocks, does not have sophisticated knowledge of options, and, most importantly, because of pressing professional commitments, does not have the time to spend watching the market tick by tick. In your view, should such an individual trade options?

I await your response. And, please let me know why such a person, who chooses not to trade options because of the inherent risk, is not looking at the "big picture."

Regards.
