Ed, the best policy for any company is to communicate, communicate often, and tell the truth, ask Nixon. Worrying about getting picked apart is just the cost of now doing the right thing, penance. Does Jensen have the guts one should expect from a CEO to do the right thing? If not, let's get someone else.

Ed

I do somewhat disagree on the need for further crucifiction.

Jensen has an open legal sore that will not heal unless he makes all investor very happy, and that is what I suggest that he do.

I have several useless stock certificates on my wall that I keep well within my view to remind me of my past foolishness.

Should GPGI become one, I will dedicate myself to Jensen's personal crucifiction, and that is simply the truth. Believe me, sir, there are more like me than Jensen can imagine.

Though I am not one, Jensen has fooled and manipulated folks with the resources to persue him to the ends of the earth, and though I make no threat, I suspect that that is exatly what they will do should he fail.

Should he succeed, then all is forgiven, and all are happy!

Hopefully, Happy, Jack!!
