It sounds to me like the board of directors is a bunch of losers. Did you notice the track record of their recently hired CEO- it reads like a track record from hell. Never saw a record like that in charge of a $2B company. It is like hiring A college football coash with 20 years experience who never had a winning team! The fact that they repurchased shares at an average price of $17 and the stock is now selling for $10 should tell you something too!
