Hi Doug:

I know you don't do the little guys .. but holy smokes I thought you might take a look & listen .. then tell me your honest thoughts.

Global Networks Inc (GNNU) .. They have a B2B model like none other I've seen. When you listen to the audio interview (link below) with Jim Mason, CEO of Global Networks Inc. you'll hear what I heard.

- 1.6 million float
- no debt
- no share dilution
- new contracts next week (with more audio)
- possible buy out in 2000
- patent pending on software
- management cut salaries by 50%
- well connected management

Was a dollar a week ago & is just over 2.00. There are 10 million shares o/s of which 9 million are in management's hands & restricted.

Global Networks Inc is in the same space as Ad Force & Flycast, which recently sold for 500-700 million.

Appreciate any thoughts Doug,

Mike
