Noranda's exploration strategy in this area reminds me Falconbridge Copper'one in the Noranda area in the sixties and seventies.

Falco. Cop. was just following by drilling the favourable horizon (andesite/rhyolite contact) until they hit something. They then used their money in better defining that occurrence until they were able to mine it.

They would then start exploration again along the same horizon until another hit and so on.

I think Noranda was trying to better define Caber before going to explore Caber north.

May be their mill at Mattagami has a capacity limit? Or they want to extend their mining plan in the area over a longer period?

I don't know now about Noranda's future strategy , but these ®key tuffite¯ and ®lower tuffite¯ horizons are very prolific and this property may reveal more surprises.

We just need to be patient.
