MB-REITs-especially healthcare ones-opinions????
They seem to have bottomed and are edging up after December tax loss selling. The dividends are still very high and many of their tenants are having problems but the aging population is creating growing demand that needs to be met. Any favorites or would you avoid the whole group??? Bob

To All, I sold my Commscope (CTV) shares. Actually, I wrote a deep in the money call on them when the stock hit $44 a few weeks back and I got called, so it was kind of a passive deal. This was a terrific 6 month 60%-er. True, 60% in 6 months is nothing compared to the internut stocks, but I will take it every time. <g>
