LANCE..That cannot cancel message on MyTrade is total BS and I've told them so..Maybe you can't cancel a "market" order but you should be able to cancel a limit order at any time up until fill. With Mytrade, you can only cancel when the price changes if you are at the bid or ask.

They will get better IMO but they have a long way to go to offer the kind of phone supprt that others do.
