Dear Eski: If G. really feels that way then he will NOT be eager to raise interest rates as that would only strengthen the $$ resulting in MORE IMPORTS. haha. I think these people better start thinking of the GLOBAL picture and not the National one. For instance, what do you suppose our imports would have been if we hadnt offshored a lot of production for cheaper labor. What would our inflation have been? World is far too complicated now for simple little explanations, everything is tied into everything. JDN
