Thor, seems that I am a lone voice for what I see as toB.

The SEC route to me is a shoot self in foot worst case,
and best case a dud.

I think it was Ed that posted today the following.

<<...will either be unbelievably successful or it
will self-destruct.
If the latter, there is then time and opportunity
to think about
a reorganization so that the property, which we all
believe has great value
and can be rescued. Also, should GPGI fail, Jensen will have received
the worst punishment possible....>>

Eventhought I still think aSoon is upon us here, and the above from Ed
will show its face, I am still the only one posting on this tread that
sees another outcome that will nullify one of Ed's possibles.

To me, from the information obtained on this thread only, if Global does
report great success, then most likely the current shareholders will be asked
to vote on a dilution, and with Jensen et al holding the numbers,
it WILL happen, be voted YES, and Jensen et al will have a follow thru
as company officers obtain a RE-NEW'ing of large share holding.

But if current high hopes with this new company collapse, leading to a
collapse of Global, then I feel that most likely close to a sure thing
that Jensen et al will have ready a "package" to obtain the Global dirt
at near zero money, and eventhought a share of gpgi might equal 0.0001
dollar(1/100 penny), Jensen will continue to have/run Global and put into
place the next "selling" of its dirt.

You have to undestand Jensen's concerns here.
First = he rules Global's dirt always.

Just my opinion,
not based on company information,
but only on facts and rumors and heresay,
and babble,
on this thread,
for my subjective conclusion.

<<...a reorganization so that the property,
which we all believe has great value
... can be rescued.>>

In my opinion, never will happen for "hurting" shareholders,
and to think so is expecting the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause
and Brooklyn Bridge to .....
as what will happen, as only possible, is Scorch Earth Policy,
and lose/lose yes, BUT JENSEN ET AL prevented from winning,
at least in this/their/our life time.
