ED - 2 hours of DD - I am so F**en confused now.

anyway I have the folder on the special meeting and basically the claim their sole assets are as follows

basically 16% of TPWR - I am thinking they have a small amount of shares as I thought they had 2.5MM shares of TPWR trades at 1.60 US
WHOA - 32 million shares ou with 18mM float - I awould assume that the SMM holdings are part of the non-float so let me get this straight

16MM shares times 1.50 say = $23MM US so on the low side lets say $30MM CDN

48% of HYCP - now HYCPE until they get all the SEC filings in order but for some reason I get no quote on SW for HYCPE but am for HYCP but it looks unquoted or maybe its the pink sheets HYCP has no Raging Bull board either. ( edit it is the pinkies) I got 18MM shares of HYCP out per am OCT 15 nr - THAT WAS UPON THE COMPLETEION OF THE sIMMONDS DEAL. So if its trading at 1.50 and I cannot verify that as the last HYPCE price is 7/8 but it shows Dec 14 as the last trade - Per Yahoo. so say a buck to be aafe - that makes that investent worth $15MM CDN maybe

Possibly because MCTL owned 88% of it at one time. so of course they get added to the DD trail

Of particular note is the return graph they put in the report - really SAD - basically say a $100 invested in 1995 is now wortth 2.90 while that same $100 on the TSE would be worth $180. whay that is in there is a mystery unless it is law.

BTW as at jan 7 23,382,291 shares out and 5,906,250 preferred shares

I did not add anything about the Primetech proceeds as I know the company has a lot of debt - I dont have the balance sheets - Those are next - My formal training so to summarize the last post

$45CDN Million is TPWR and HYCP likely $50MM or $2 per share valuse for SMM - BUT the debt - ah yes the debt - LOL

SMM - Ready to pop or just trading based on TPWR - It went over $3 today - SMM has 16% of the 32MM shares of it -

and HYCP - hit 2 today but only 2k traded and looks like no MMs as not quoted - Or does SMM have 16MM

so 5MM shares at $3 US - thats 13-14 MM CDN
