The ownership of nine claims comprising part of the Casa Berardi West property continues to be the subject of a dispute between the company and Billiton Metals Canada Inc. pursuant to a contestation filed by the company with governmental authorities. The company anticipates that a decision on the ownership of the contested claims will be taken by the ministere des Ressources naturelles before the end of 1999.
