No, I'm fully in cash because I'm bearish

I sold about 40% of my Long-term portfolio in the past 3 weeks - sold Intc(30%); LU(50%), Wfc(100%), EMC(100%). I guess for the most of us, we can hold the cash for 3 months or 3 years coz there is no stress to perform. Do you think that's an advantage or disadvantage?

not really. it can work both ways. no one is as bearish as a newly sold out bull.
