We are just about there, with the ratio I use indicating gold stocks are at 82% of their "fair market value" relative to bullion. Under 80% is usually the best time to buy, but there is no harm in starting to acquire some positions now. I noticed that Homestake is now at a 10 year low (hit 6 5/8), and doesn't hedge so it might be a popular speculative buy ???
