Yes, Furniture.com is a member of the @Venture investment group. I have not used the service, but I am told their delivery time is about the same as a brick and mortar. Build to order, about 8 weeks or so.

I used furniture.com specifically because it was an CMGI holding. Ordered the furniture 3 months ago with a leadtime of 11-13 weeks. Now I am told that it will be even longer, about 15 weeks, if then. The reason I was given was that the manufacturer is backed up and it is not their fault. In all due fairness, I hear from other members on this thread that this is common with furniture. ON the other hand, the prices for what I bought seem very competitive, and you cannot beat the fact that there is no sales tax and they install the furniture in for you. Pretty rare, if it turns out this way; I am still to see this part.
