edwin, i too share ur concerns regarding the co. that epitomizes the internet to most people, which is AMZN...if i recall, they sold a billion in bonds last yr and they burned through that so fast that they need more money already...that is really pathetic!...their stock price is the same as it was about a yr ago, so the public is definitely fed up with their antics...the B2C sector is sinking very quickly and i do not see much potential for such low margin businesses myself...hence i am not very high on buy.com either...might pop at the open given their name recognition, but the mkt. has quickly forgotten most in the e-retail sector(AMZN, CDNW, VUSA, ABTL, EGGS, FLWS, COOL, BYND)...just plot out the prices of these retail stocks and u can see why i was very concerned a few months ago when Softbank seemed only to be focused on the B2C sector...i am much more at ease now with their entry into the B2B and wireless infrastructure sectors.
