They said a review in the last 2 minutes had to come from "upstairs". I'm assuming up in the pressbox. It would seem the ref in the press box and the reviewer on the field would have to be working together otherwise the ref that reviewed it on the field wouldn't have over turned the call. Obviously the failsafes didn't work.
This is very bizarre. Something really stinks.
