CC, thanks. This is just what I was looking for.

<<In response to recent developments in the gold market, Geomaque is providing additional disclosure of its hedge position. As at June 30, 1999, the Company recorded deferred hedging gains of US$1.9 million by closing out a substantial portion of its hedge position. Additional hedges were closed out in the third quarter. The Company?s remaining hedge position consists of spot deferred contracts covering 10,000 ounces at US$290 per ounce, calls on 21,000 ounces at US$323 per ounce over a period of 15 months, and calls on 20,000 ounces at $388 per ounce over a period of five months. >>

Claude:

I couldn't resist getting some more GEO today! It may take a few more months to complete the formation, but the chart looks to me as though it's bottoming out.

I really think that GEO's a steal at these prices, and that when the new low-cost production starts flowing this quarter, the price could rise dramatically. Incidentally, the chart is an excellent reflection of the depth of this bear market, with a good quality junior producer like GEO having gone from $4.00 to $0.40 since 1997; i.e. losing 90% of its value:

The obverse (hopefully) may be true -- that when the markets recover it will be a 10-bagger (at least). JMHO.

My patience is sorely tested, but it's a great time for bottom picking!

Best regards,
Howy
