CityView Energy Corporation Limited 3/15/00 - Appendix 3B - Additional Working Capital HOMEX - Perth ------------------------- Appendix 3B - Additional Working Capital Pursuant to Listing Rule 7.1 of the Australian Stock Exchange Limited the Company today has made a share placement of 50,000 ordinary fully paid shares issued at 76 cents each to National Nominees Limited to raise funds for additional working capital. The shares issued pursuant to this placement will participate in any dividends declared by the Company and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing fully paid ordinary shares of the Company from the date of allotment (16 March 2000).
