That's very helpful information about using nitrogen fertilizer to melt snow MrsNose. I'm printing it and keeping it. I find that even the salt they use on the road really messes up the plants and the grass. We live on a corner and it's impossible to get the plants near the road fixed even in the Spring and Summer.
