Make sense? Yeah, Mike, it does make a lot of sense. Thanks to both you and Lindy for your well articulated explanations. As I had hoped, you both have excellent personal reasons for "cash on hand" without regard to any macro or Q specific intuitions. I'm a lot less concerned about specific stock market conditions than I am the global and national economic environment in which the companies we invest in operate. Here I think you are saying to focus on the bigger picture than whether the market is over or under valued. If the global economy is healthy and growing, the market will eventually take care of itself as will our favorite company's stocks. I worked very long, sometimes stressful hours for the past 25 years so I could get to the point that I could eliminate as much stress as possible. Congrats Mike, I knew you've been sounding more relaxed lately.<g> Rory
