That's exactly how I feel! Just my luck, I hit a great company's sweet spot, and it's all about to go to pot. The only way that Schwab could keep Cyber's systems in good order would be to deter most of its customers from joining the direct service, most likely by charging for it. I hope, at least, that Cyber plans to keep our fantastic levels of reliability and service available to existing customers. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but I have doubts. Simon.
