You haven't read the SEC filings. You're apparently not even willing to use Bill's site as a starting point for further due diligence. I don't see anything to indicate a basic understanding of the basic structure of a licensing agreement (upfront payments and unit based royalties). Nothing you have said indicates to me that you understand the evolving and symbiotic relationship between manufacturers and carriers in global telecommunications. Nothing you have said indicates to me that you even understand the implications of the Markman hearing, the doctrine of equivalents and the most recent decision by the Supreme Court to hear a case in the fashion industry involving design that will most likely have broad precedent value for technology.

Now, what makes you think I'm willing to summarize that kind of information hard-earned over the years to show you the assumptions that are useful in assessing the quality of, say, a recurring royalty stream that went from $100,000 or so a quarter in 1998 to $2.9 million in the 9/30/99 quarter?

Gus

P.S. What goes for you, goes double for your more dogmatic and emotional fellow Qualcommers being patronized by more and more people on this message board. Ah, the discounts assholes extend to each other;-)

Could you please point out where you read revenues are projected to decline? That's quite the reverse of what management has afforded.
