These press releases sometimes have garbled info, but what was described was a photoresist stripper, not etching equipment. Also, for 12", a price tag of $2M is way low for etchers and indicative of the less complex strippers.
Finally, never heard of Kuckdong ( with a name like Kuckdong, it has to be good )numeric or Japan's STC in regards to etching, but am unfamiliar with strippers ( at least thats what I tell my wife.)
