The above quote is totally consistent with Dent's demographic theories. Using his model, property values should be skyrocketing 2 to 3 decades prior to the economic boom peak.

Those books by Dent sound tremendous. I think Ireland is going to be hotter and hotter. With the global economy, it can only get better over there. I hear their tech sector is growing rapidly, their population is well educated, and many Americans are using their Irish roots, coupled with Ireland's loose citizenship laws, to return and join the boom.
