KSCL employs some 750 staff (end 1999) and had a sales revenue of œ34.9m (year to end March 1999). We have been consistently profitable for over a decade. Both sales turnover and profits have increased each year since 1993.
KSCL software has provided billing solutions in over 30 countries and today Jupiter is producing bills for over 19m subscribers around the world.

Long-established wireless clients include France Telecom, BT Cellnet, Panafon, Radiolinja and SmarTone. Newer wireline clients include TSS, Torch Telecom and Alpha Telecom.

Following a management buyout in 1998, KSCL is privately owned by a combination of staff, venture capitalists and its former parent company.

KSCL developed the world's first Global System for Mobile Telecommunications (GSM) billing system and continues the leadership approach by being the first billing vendor to join the Universal Mobile Telephony System (UMTS) forum.

As well as full turnkey provision KSCL, in conjunction with its strategic business partner debis Systemhaus, offers processing
services via Jupiter on a bureau basis to wireless and wireline customers world-wide. The bureau is accessed via largest private networks in the world with access points in all major cities in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.

Turnover growth soared by more than 47% to a record œ34.9m (œ23.8m in 1997/98), whilst our pre-tax profits also continued to show exceptional growth, increasing by 36% to yet another record of œ5.3m (œ3.9m in 1997/98).
