Jim, I still think January was much stronger than October thus making the 3.55 million units low but I'll use it for now.

Comparing Q4 2001 to Q4 2000 :

Revenues up 43%

Earnings up 42%

ASP declined 11%

Units shipped up 61%

This shows how significant the impact of pricing pressure was on the bottom line.

Hi Jim. According to my numbers, 11.9M is consistent with
~3.39M for Q4.
