The interesting item from the balance sheet is any real property asset is carried at cost not market. I am located here in Silicon Valley and know that IM has a facility located here in Fremont CA. I am not sure if they own or lease these facilities but commercial property prices here in Silicon Valley have more than doubled in the last five years.

Its possible that if you go through all of IM property assets, they may be significantly under valued from what is presently stated by their book value.

Just more food for thought.
