Labrador, I believe your outlook is the general wisdom and is thus mostly priced into the stock. It is on the pessimistic side of the interest rate forecasts. It could get a little worse, I suppose, but the risk/reward ratio seems attractive to me here. In your shoes, I'd nibble at these prices, and keep adding a bit more every few weeks if it keeps going lower towards book. Your average cost would be close to the bottom.
