Hassell, can you tell me whay TERN is giving stock warrants to Shaw and Rogers worth hundreds millions of $ and why TERN CEO is refusing to break down revenue form Rogers and Shaw?

I hope I've put enough information out there for everyone to draw his or her own conclusions.

I think it's clear what Shaw and Rogers are doing. Gilder and the analysts are either in collusion or brain dead. Take your pick.

Hassell, One More Point to Add

The fact that the gentleman who left CableLabs and then soon switched to TERN after two unsuccessful attempts in DOCSIS certification by CMTO still make people uneasy.

Com21 is the pioneer in cable modem industry with superior technology, but CMTO stock still suffers from the failure to receive DOCSIS certification.

The Street is full of traps. One has to make his/her own conclusion based on facts while the SEC has the final words to say.
