Yes I can buy penny stocks. To sum up, watching PCRV, LSON, IGOC, AKLM. I'm in DELL, just for premarket at 43, looking to play the gap at open.

PVSW looks interesting, it's trading a bit in premarket. Huge gap down in Oct, and a small one yesterday.
