RM, mgmt will talk with (just about) any shareholder or potential investor who calls up. As long as they are shown a minimum of personal courtesy, they will do their best to provide current information over the phone. If people don't like the frequency with which NRs and website bulletins are posted, then in my opinion they are simply SOL and will still have to wait along with everyone else, like it or no. regards.

Thor - email SEC for a legal opinion
Doug - wait and see
Richard - encourages less nonsense on SI thread
Scott - Smoke Screen
Robert - fly to phoenix, rendez-vous, report back to thread
Hugh - to re-establish some dialogue with management

-------------------------------------------------------

Richard, I agree, Robert's suggestion is not bad and if it's
the winner I am sure we won't let anyone go without a list of questions ;-)

Yours also has merit.

;-o

Keep 'em comin...
Modifications / Updates moves one back to the top.
