Anybody see the hrlyw debacle? The company had told investors, including myself back in November (and I have the email to prove it) that the warrants would not be extended. I of course sold my remaining warrants soon thereafter. The warrants were set to expire 1/16. The entire week prior to expiration there was incredible volume, and most of it up. Come Monday morning, the 17th, the company issues an extension until 5/16. Must have forgotten to mention it to the Nasdaq as well as regular trading was halted for most of the session. Someone who spoke with the company was told that they had to extend the warrants because there was a clause requiring them to give warrant holders 90 days notice prior to expiration - I can't find the clause in the SEC filings. Anybody ever run into anything similar?
