Upon reflection, I'm sure they have quite a mix of tools in that fab, because they would have their "advanced" tools comprising their development line. I forget they have to do it all there.

Actually, their 50nm gates might show up on what they would call .13 generation, but it also may be the .10. I don't know for sure.
