The doj like the irs, when you boil it all down is people.
And with the doj we are dealing with HUGE egos and little minds. After the press coverage of Janet and her thugs trumpeting victory, and on and on, I do think they would
LOOK BAD, buying 55,000 copies of MSFT Office.

Yes, you are correct sir, it is politics, and it stinks.

"That is why I said this was peculiar timing and indicated perhaps that DOJ felt that this was the only way they could lash out at MSFT as they saw their case crumbling given the recent AOL deals and the increased price of the shares of all those that had complained. Now the complaining competitors cannot even claim harm ..."
