Samsung 3 year $400 Million contractamd.com AMD ANNOUNCES FLASH MEMORY AGREEMENT WITH SAMSUNG --Samsung Provided With Flash Memory Product Supply-- SUNNYVALE, CA--JANUARY 24, 2000--AMD, a leading flash memory devices manufacturer, announced today an agreement with Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd.- Wireless Terminal Division (Samsung WTD) to supply the company with a significant portion of its flash memory product requirements for the next three years. Under the agreement, beginning January 1, 2000, AMD will provide Samsung WTD with approximately $400 million dollars worth of flash memory devices to support its increasing customer demand.
